RETURNS POLICY
Pre-owned goods sold at THE CONSIGN have undergone rigorous inspection prior to sale to guarantee their quality, precision and authenticity. As such, these valuable and timeless pieces should be treated with great care as with new items, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
If any of your purchases arrive not as described or without THE CONSIGN tags attached, contact Client Services to begin the return process. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If the item is legible for a return as it is not as described, we will issue a 100% refund.
If your item is not as described, returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your item. All of the original tags must be attached and packaging returned. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.
We guarantee authenticity on all our items, where an item is proven to be not authentic, we will provide a 100% refund.
We are able to verify if an item purchased by a customer has been swapped and returned for a different item. In the case that this occurs we will contact the authorities immediately.
RETURNS PROCESS
To request a return please contact Client Services. We will send a return label to your email address to ship the item to us for free.
Make sure all original labels are attached to your item and packaging included in your return. If you do not return an item with the original labels attached we will not issue a return.
Your item will be reassessed by our Authenticity Specialists who will determine whether it is legible for return. If you are successful, you will be given an 100% refund within 7 days of us receiving the return.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Any items sold at 40% or more will not be eligible for return.
