ORDERS & SHIPPING
THE CONSIGN offers complimentary regular shipping Australia wide. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm by Australia Post. Shipping costs other then regular within Australia will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For last minute purchases, we recommend Australia Post Express delivery.
Australia Post Express: Most of Australia may take up to 1-3 business days delivery. Darwin and Perth may take up to 3-4 Business days.
Regular Post via Parcel Post: Within Victoria Metro shipping may take up up to 3 business days. Country Victoria, shipping may take up to 6 business days.
Sending interstate: Metro shipping may take up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points. In country areas, other then Victoria, please ask your local Post Office for more information.
High Value Orders
High value orders, or orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, require approximately 2 additional processing days. High value orders include orders with any item over $5,000, or multiple orders that have been placed within a 24 hour period totalling $5000.
Orders via Paypal e-cheque
Orders paid with Paypal e-cheque will be shipped once the money is received into our account. This may take between 3-6 business days. Upon receipt, your order will be shipped.
Duties and Taxes
Australia: We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order. There will be no additional fees added to your payment.
International: Buyer is to organise payment of taxes and duty with the selected postal/courier company. Taxes and duties are calculated based on your countries laws and are not determined by The Consign.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which contains all the details of your purchase. Upon 72 hour dispatch, you will receive your Order tracking link. If further information about shipping or payment is required we may contact you via email or phone.
Cancellations maybe considered within 30 minutes from placing your order. We advise all emails regarding cancellations to be titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the subject field when sending it to email@example.com. Please also include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
